30-Day Returns
You may return most new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To start a return, email us at helplandu78@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval and process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Damaged or Defective Items

Gift cards and final-sale items marked as such at the time of purchase cannot be returned.
